About Katie
Hi, I’m Katie. Some call me Kat.
My life has always been shaped by the companionship of animals. Growing up alongside dogs and cats instilled a deep respect for the bond we share with our pets and a genuine passion for providing the thoughtful care they deserve.
Today, I feel incredibly grateful to dedicate my career full-time to pet care, combining my lifelong love of animals with over 25 years of experience caring for the pets of family, friends, and clients. Along the way, I’ve also volunteered with local shelters and sanctuaries, gaining hands-on experience with fostering and adoption.
Before pet care, I worked in the industries of interior design, high-level property management and public relations ~ experiences that taught me the importance of trust, attention to detail, and treating every client, and their home, with care and respect.
My dedication to this work is deeply personal. After losing my late best fur friend, Cooper, I felt inspired to pour my heart into helping other families care for their beloved pets. What started as healing became a true calling, and I feel honored to do this work every day.
About Yujie
Hi, I’m Yujie. (Pronounced: Yoo-Jee).
Growing up in a household with birds, chickens, and fish, and later adopting my own cats, I’ve always enjoyed the company of animals and have been fascinated by every little thing they do.
I have worked with animal shelters, cared for energetic kittens, supported senior cats with special routines, and raised my three cats, each with their own unique needs and personalities. These experiences have taught me how to read feline behavior, adapt quickly, and provide calm, confident care in any situation.
I’m especially attentive to routine, cleanliness, and emotional comfort. Whether they need gentle patience, playful engagement, or quiet companionship, I tailor my care to what helps them feel safest and most at ease. I treat every pet as an individual—not a checklist—and my goal is always for pet parents to feel complete peace of mind knowing their pet is in experienced, compassionate hands.
For the last six years, I’ve worked closely with clients and contractors on local residential projects as an Interior Designer. That experience has given me valuable insight into how to listen to clients’ needs and execute their vision through clear communication — skills I now bring to my pet clients.
