Yes. Biscuit Studio is fully insured and bonded, and both Katie and Yujie maintain professional pet care certifications, including Pet First Aid, CPCR (Cardiopulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation), Health & Sanitation, and CPPS (Certified Professional Pet Sitter). All services are also covered under general liability insurance.

We currently provide in-home pet care to select cities in the Coachella Valley, including communities within Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, and Indio.

Returning clients of Biscuit Studio can reach out directly to either Katie or Yujie to schedule future bookings or make changes to an existing reservation.

Your initial “Meet & Greet” with your side chick is free and part of our onboarding process used to confirm routines, access/keys, and care instructions.
We recommend having an extra key ready for handoff during this time. Otherwise, if additional time is needed for key pickup or drop-off before or after the reservation, a $20 trip fee will apply each time.

We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash, and checks payments.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking, and the remaining balance is due within 24 hours after service is complete.
You’re also welcome to pay in full upfront.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to give gifts or gratuities directly to your side chick during their stay in your home, especially for going above and beyond. It’s always greatly appreciated.

Holiday rates apply during the following designated holidays and peak holiday periods, and will be provided and confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

An additional $10 per visit applies to all 30, 45, and 60-minute drop-in visits. An additional $35 per stay applies to all Day/Night Care, and 24-Hour Care services.

*All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your pet’s care dates and services.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled reservation will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 1 day and 7 days before the scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. For cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Mid-Service Changes: If you shorten your reservation after services have begun, you will be charged for all services provided plus one additional day/night at the applicable rate. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your final invoice. Any remaining balance is due on the last day of service.
*All cancellations and mid-service changes must be made by email, text message, or direct phone conversation. Voicemails, and any other format, will not be accepted as notice of cancellation.
